Security issues with the hardware and software of MINI passenger cars can be reported via: customer.service@mini.co.uk
Customers will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report of security issues within 48 hours and a first status update usually within 7 working days.
Security updates will be provided for new MINI passenger cars for a minimum period of 7 years from the production date as stated in the Certificate of Conformity provided with the vehicle.

Customers will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report of security issues within 24 hours and a first status update usually within 10 working days.
Security updates will be provided for a minimum period of 3 years from the production date as stated on the product label.
