Really happy. I was surprisingly quite anxious on the delivery day, but Lee made it fun and personalised. Seeing the car get lowered in the lift with my chosen music playing was a really nice touch! He then revealed the car and explained everything.

i was told that the car would be finished by 5pm which was to late, as i explained that i had customer visits that i needed to attend. they had listened to me and the car was sorted before midday.

Poor customer service, I avoid the local Stephen James as they have not been helpful attentive in the past, switched to Woolwich who were great two years ago but not a good experience this time around for Service & MOT
